School Display

School-Aged Art Display

For Students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 ONLY


  1. No entry fees.  No Fair Membership Number required for School Display entries.
  2. All articles must arrive on either Wednesday, August 31st, 2022 between 6:30-7:30pm, or on Thursday, September 1st, 2022 between 5:00-7:00pm.
  3. Tickets must be printed in ink with Class (Grade Level), Section Number, full name and address or full name and school name.
  4. Maximum size for all entries is 12×18 unless the size or a new maximum is specified.  Any entries not meeting size restriction will be disqualified.
  5. Entries are permitted for your current grade (as of June) and any older grade.  Open and Posters are for all age groups.
  6. Entries must be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 on Saturday, September 3rd
  7. All prize money can be collected from the Secretary’s Booth on Saturday, September 3rd after 1:00 p.m.
